that to be successful, a collaborative and trusting relationship must be created between the client and ourselves. We like to have personal contact with our clients. Meeting with our clients helps us to communicate in the most efficient manner when setting project goals and clarifying project aspects. Getting to know our clients and becoming personally proactive with their projects helps us create the best solution for them.
 

listening is our best and most important skill. If we listen carefully, the client will always lead us to the best solution for them. It is paramount that our solutions meet the client's needs, and that the client benefits from them.
 

good communication with the client can save time and money for all parties. We will not clutter your head with jargon and techno-babble (unless you ask us to). We will always try to explain our solutions in the best and easiest possible way to understand. (We aren't going to force anybody to learn a foreign language.)
 

that the client's goal must be met in a timely manner and with the best solution for their needs. We will not try and convince the client that they need something they do not just because it would be "sooooo cool."
 

that letting the client lead the way while setting project goals will create a solution that makes the client happiest. We will, however, help steer the client if we believe that they are leaning in a direction that would not be beneficial to their ultimate goal.
